Our organization seeks a meticulous and detail-oriented Clinical Coding Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately coding patient data, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing high-quality support to our healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:- Complete DRG coding tasks in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensure all Inpatient and Day Surgery discharges are coded within an acceptable time frame
- Handle queries or clarifications from clinicians regarding unsure cases or missing medical records
- Foreign MBBS, Nursing or Healthcare degree
- Preferably 1 year's experience in coding in a hospital setting
- Meticulous, independent, good team player with thorough knowledge of ICD-10-CM
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
