Expert Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner

As a seasoned professional in the field of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional healthcare services to patients. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct comprehensive TCM consultations, assessing patients' health conditions and developing personalized treatment plans that cater to their unique needs.

  • You will work closely with patients to understand their medical histories, identify potential health risks, and develop targeted treatment strategies that incorporate acupuncture, tuina, cupping, and other relevant TCM modalities.
  • With precision and expertise, you will prescribe herbal medications and provide clear instructions on their administration and potential effects, ensuring patient understanding and compliance.
  • Through empathetic communication and expert guidance, you will address patient inquiries regarding their prescribed medications, treatment progress, and general TCM-related questions, fostering trust and confidence in your abilities.
  • As a leader in your field, you will cultivate continuous learning and recommend innovative therapies to optimize patient health and well-being, staying at the forefront of TCM best practices.
  • Additionally, you will perform Electro-Lymphatic Therapy to support patients in enhancing their overall health and promoting wellness, leveraging this modality to drive positive outcomes.
  • As a mentor and coach, you will lead junior physicians and interns, fostering their professional development and monitoring their progress, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of practice.
  • Finally, you will represent the organization by attending webinars and seminars, staying informed about the latest developments in TCM and sharing your expertise with others.
Required Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this position, you must possess the following qualifications and experience:

  • Registration as a Traditional Chinese Medical Practitioner with the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board of Singapore.
  • A degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine or related disciplines, with recognized postgraduate qualifications.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese, enabling effective communication with patients from diverse linguistic backgrounds.
  • No less than 10 years of experience in TCM practice, demonstrating a deep understanding of the field and its complexities.
