Job Title: Data Analyst - People Operations

Our organization is seeking a skilled data analyst to join our People Operations team. This role is ideal for an individual who enjoys analyzing data, transforming insights into meaningful information, and using data to influence strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Analyzing key HR metrics, such as turnover, retention, headcount, diversity, and employee engagement.
  • Developing regional reports and dashboards to support leadership decision-making.
  • Supporting leadership with strategic workforce planning initiatives.
  • Playing a crucial role in operational enhancements, policy development, and rewards implementation.
Requirements for the position include:
  • 3+ years of experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or HR reporting.
  • Strong proficiency in modern data analytics methods, including advanced Excel.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and data management techniques.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Familiarity with HR metrics and KPIs.
  • Regional HR experience and ability to collaborate with teams across multiple countries.
