Key Responsibilities:

Operations Support
  • Analyze documents related to trademark disputes, utilizing strong analytical skills.
  • Compose and issue letters to parties involved in trademark disputes, ensuring clear communication.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop effective trade mark dispute procedures.
Administrative Support for Promotion of Intellectual Property/Tech Dispute Resolution
  • Research and plan travel arrangements for US trips.
  • Book flights, accommodations, and dining reservations for US trips, streamlining logistics.
  • Establish RSVP systems for events and coordinate follow-ups, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Create and update administrative programs for US trips, optimizing efficiency.
  • Publish email updates to subscribers, maintaining open communication.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A self-driven and motivated individual who can thrive in an independent setting.
  • Meticulous approach with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of intellectual property, particularly trademark dispute procedures, is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree or polytechnic diploma with commendation in any field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with on-the-job training provided for other IT applications.
  • Previous work experience, especially in the legal field, is beneficial.
