Job Description

The role of the Manufacturing Technician II is a critical part of our manufacturing process. As an instrument assembly specialist, you will be responsible for performing assembly and testing of instruments and sub-assemblies in an ISO 13485 environment.

You will also perform instrument basic repair, calibration, and faulty part segregation with follow-up activities. Your work must adhere to ISO 13485:2003 and 21-CFR-820 requirements.

To ensure consistent and accurate production outcomes, you will follow standard operating procedures (SOPs). This includes performing routine preventative maintenance on production equipment to ensure efficient performance and minimize downtime.

Additionally, you will ensure accurate documentation and data integrity in JDE system. You will assist engineers in carrying out validation/evaluations/experiments/investigations.

Maintaining good housekeeping and enforcing safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment is crucial in this role.

Qualification Requirements:

  • NITEC in engineering fields, or 'N'/'O' level with strong troubleshooting experience
  • 1-3 years hands-on assembly and testing experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with some instrument repair experience
  • Fresh technical graduates can be considered
