Key Responsibilities
1. Process and check all transactions assigned, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
2. Manage various trade processing systems, including reconciliation of documents and daily counts.
3. Perform housekeeping tasks for the team, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
4. Report cases of error and incident nature to the team leader, ensuring prompt resolution.
5. Perform doc checking functions per checking limit matrix, ensuring compliance with regulations.
6. Follow up and trace outstanding items, ensuring timely resolution.
7. Support other staff members as needed, providing guidance and assistance.
8. Adhere to HOP and IOP guidelines, ensuring compliance with company policies.
9. Participate in project and ad hoc work as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
10. Man the counter/DHL desk as necessary, providing excellent customer service.

Requirements
1. A Bachelor's degree with at least three years of relevant experience in trade services or a related field.
2. Strong leadership and multitasking skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
3. Additional professional qualifications, such as Certified Documentary Credit Specialist (CDCS), are advantageous.
