Administrative Support Professional with Excellent Secretarial Skills

SINGJOB INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Assistant to join our team. As an administrative support professional, you will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks, managing documents, and providing exceptional secretarial support to our team.
Responsibilities:
We are looking for someone who can effectively manage our company's administrative matters, including document management, personnel administration, and other related tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask, and possess strong communication skills. Additionally, they should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 1 year of experience in an administrative support position, preferably in Singapore. You should also possess a valid driver's license and be comfortable driving for work purposes. Other essential skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and strong written English communication skills. Experience with archiving, purchasing, and supply management would be a plus.
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this role is SGD 3,200 - 4,000 per month, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid annual leave, medical insurance, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
