ISP Field Engineer Job Description

We are seeking skilled individuals to join our team as ISP Field Engineers. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to propel their career in the fast-paced world of internet services.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining ISP equipment directly at customer premises. You will also ensure optimal connectivity by testing and troubleshooting network issues, engage with customers to provide top-notch service and support during installations, and work closely with our project management team to drive successful project completions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Basic networking skills including knowledge of IP addressing, subnetting, router and switch configurations.
  • A minimum qualification of NITEC in an IT-related field.
  • Singapore Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
  • A clean criminal record and the ownership (or willingness to lease) of a vehicle.
