Job Description

The Aviation Integration Specialist will play a critical role in developing the ops-tech integration masterplan and stakeholders' engagement plan for the delivery of next-generation air navigation services systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain integrated plans to align all aspects of the programme, ensuring technical and operational personnel work cohesively towards timely completion and delivery.
  • Maintain strong relationships between CAAS and relevant stakeholders, including government agencies, industry partners, and regulatory bodies.
  • Represent CAAS in stakeholders meetings, conferences, and industry events.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with systems integration and implementation.
Requirements

To be successful as an Aviation Integration Specialist, you will need:

  • Trained in aviation engineering or management or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of relevant working experience in the aviation industry with a focus on air navigation services.
  • A proven track record in strategic planning and stakeholder engagement.
  • A strong understanding of industry trends and technologies.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to identify and address issues proactively.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Independent, proactive, and resourceful with the ability to focus on priorities and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to travel for overseas trainings, meetings, and work assignments if required.
Compensation

Your appointment designation will commensurate with your relevant work experience. Successful candidates will be offered a 3-year contract in the first instance, and may be considered for placement on a permanent tenure or subsequent contract renewal. The estimated annual salary for this position is SGD $120,000 - $180,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
