We are seeking a highly skilled Senior NLP Engineer to join our team at HAYS SPECIALIST RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore. As a key member of our AI/ML team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying NLP solutions using cutting-edge technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement NLP solutions using machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
  • Design and deploy NLP solutions, participate in code reviews, and contribute to architecture discussions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate NLP solutions into our products.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in NLP and AI/ML, and apply this knowledge to improve our solutions.

Requirements:

  • PhD holder or Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/Machine Learning, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, and NLP.
  • Strong understanding of NLP fundamentals, algorithms, and techniques.
  • Proficiency in Python and NLP libraries (e.g., NLTK, spaCy, Gensim, LangGraph, LlamaIndex).
  • Expertise in GenAI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, LlamaFactory).
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.
  • Experience with NLP tasks like text classification, named entity recognition, sentiment analysis, or question answering.
