Job Description

The company is seeking a skilled technician to join their team in Singapore. As a full-time Vending Machine Technician, the individual will be responsible for ensuring the optimal working condition of vending machines across the city.

  • Perform regular inspections and maintenance on vending machines to identify and resolve any technical issues.
  • Restock and replenish vending machine supplies such as sandwiches, beverages, and coins.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems with vending machines promptly.
  • Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and machine performance.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure vending machines operate efficiently across the network.
  • Recommend improvements to vending machine functionality and user experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Must have a Class 3 driving license (Manual Vehicle) and at least one year of driving experience.

Proven experience as a vending machine technician or in a similar maintenance role.

Strong technical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.

Excellent customer service orientation and ability to liaise with business customers.

Hands-on approach and willingness to perform physical work.

Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Good time management and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Required skills include painting, light brazing, knowledge of electronics and refrigeration.

Benefits

Machine-based incentive: $100 per machine per month starting from the 25th machine.

Performance-based incentives:

  • Machine cleanliness and maintenance: $100 per month.
  • Minimizing sandwich throwaways: $50 per month.
  • Minimizing sandwich sell-outs: $50 per month.
Others

Working hours are from 11:00 pm to approximately 9:00 am, Monday to Friday, and from 2:00 am to around 9:00 am on Saturdays.

The job requires a hard-working driver for a permanent full-time night shift (midnight) to stock and service sandwich vending machines around the South side of Singapore.

Candidate must possess at least primary/secondary school education and at least one year of working experience in the related field.
