At our esteemed culinary establishment, we are seeking an exceptional Master Culinary Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality fish soup and Western-style dishes according to the highest standards of quality and presentation.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Prepare and cook fish soup and Western-style dishes with consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen at all times, adhering to strict food safety regulations.
  • Assist with inventory management, ordering, and proper storage of ingredients to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Work closely with service staff to guarantee smooth operations during peak hours.
  • Collaborate on menu development and contribute new dish ideas that cater to the tastes of our discerning customers.
  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment, minimizing wastage and optimizing resource utilization.

Requirements:


  • Prior experience as a cook in Western cuisine or fish soup preparation is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of basic kitchen operations and food safety practices is essential.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
