Job Description:
As a key member of our team at PREMIER SECURITY CO-OPERATIVE LTD, you will be responsible for overseeing daily security operations and managing incidents. Your primary goal will be to ensure the smooth operation of our services while maintaining high standards of security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and prepare reports on security incidents, taking follow-up action as necessary
- Train and supervise security officers to adhere to company procedures and SOPs
- Identify and manage chronic operational and security issues
- Contribute to continuous improvement in operational and administrative processes
- Develop and implement strategies for short- and long-term organizational planning
- Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Deliver monthly reports to customers
- Supervise and coach supervisors in incident management and team leadership
Requirements:
For this role, we require:
- A minimum GCE 'O' level qualification
- At least 1 year of experience in the security industry, preferably in an operations role
- Possession of a PLRD Licence is advantageous
- Relevant experience in a uniform organization will be beneficial
- Strong ability to supervise day-to-day security operations and incident management
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in basic Microsoft software
- Possession of a Class 3 driving license
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development within the company.
