Job Title: Senior Technical Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled technical professional to join our team as a Senior Technical Specialist. This role requires strong technical expertise in hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct preventive maintenance according to standard maintenance checklists.
  • Provide logistical support to ensure an acceptable quantity of spare units.
  • Maintain up-to-date system documentation.
  • Perform corrective maintenance timely in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLA).

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Nitec or Diploma in Infocomm Technology.
  • No prior experience required, but willingness to learn is essential.
  • Proficiency in Windows 10 and sensor systems such as Radar, AIS, and Video cameras.
  • CCNA certification is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Government Data Centre environments is preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to work rotating standby shifts.
  • Basic computer and network troubleshooting skills.
