Job Title: International Music Merchandise Sales Associate

As a Music Merchandise Sales Associate, you will focus on online and tour merchandise sales of international artists. Your key responsibilities include:

  1. Managing the merchandise booth and online stores.
  2. Negotiating with artist managers and promoters.
  3. Projecting and managing inventory and shipping.
  4. Handling customer inquiries and concerns.
  5. Hiring and managing part-time sales staff.
  6. Collecting market information and developing marketing campaigns.
  7. Completing other sales-related tasks.

Key Qualifications:

  1. You must have excellent skills in Microsoft Office applications due to working requirements.
  2. Excellent English language skills are also required due to working requirements.
  3. A background in retail or fashion is an advantage.
  4. You should possess good communication skills and an outgoing personality.
  5. Excellent attention to detail is essential.
  6. Teamwork and flexibility are crucial, as you may need to adjust your working time to fit with shows during tours.
