Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer requests for vehicle repairs, modifications, and maintenance. You will provide professional repair recommendations and prepare cost estimates. You will also manage documentation for costing, claims, and vehicle history.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will assist with vehicle check-in and attend to walk-in and phone inquiries. You will coordinate with the Supplies & Logistics team for spare part pricing and perform administrative tasks including cash collection and report preparation.

You will support service recovery and maintain strong customer relationships. You will also carry out any additional duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum NITEC in Automotive Technology
  • At least 3 years of experience in the automotive industry
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
  • Valid Class 3 driving license
