Podiatry Therapist

National University Health Services Group PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Podiatry Therapist to join our team as a Diabetic Foot Care Specialist.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with diabetic foot conditions, including screening, education, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Screening and Assessment: Conduct thorough screenings of patients with diabetic foot conditions, identifying risk factors and determining the corresponding risk level.
• Patient Education: Deliver clear and concise education on diabetic foot care to patients and their caregivers, promoting self-management and prevention of complications.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, including screening results and educational sessions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
• Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in podiatry and diabetic foot care through ongoing education and training.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Education: Higher Nitec qualification with GCE 'N' or 'O' Level credits in English, Mathematics, and Science.
• Certification: WSQ Higher Certificate in Therapy Services is an advantage.
• Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively, proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Lifting Requirements: Ability to lift reasonable loads.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and another language (Chinese, Malay, or Tamil).

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
