About the Role

As a Spa Therapist at THE RITZ-CARLTON, MILLENIA SINGAPORE, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing memorable spa treatments. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our guests receive world-class service, exceeding their expectations in every way.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Spa Therapist who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer care and providing high-quality spa treatments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong knowledge of spa treatments and fitness programs, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of all spa treatments, including massage, beauty services, retail, and fitness programs.
  • Deliver exceptional customer care, ensuring that every guest receives a personalized and memorable experience.
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in the spa area, adhering to hotel protocols and procedures.
  • Contribute actively to the growth and development of a loyal clientele, both within the hotel and locally.
  • Collaborate with other departments and colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Attend regular meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

  • Certificate or degree in massage therapy or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of spa treatments, fitness programs, and retail products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Experience working in a luxury hotel or spa setting, preferably with THE RITZ-CARLTON brand.
