Responsibilities
  • Support AP accountant in the preparation of GST returns to IRAS on a quarterly basis, maintain accurate shipping documents and permits for regulatory compliance.
  • Ensure timely submission and proper reconciliation of GST returns.
  • Perform monthly customer receipt clearing and ensure accurate allocation.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field and more than 5 years of working experience in a similar capacity. Proven experience in accounts payable, expense claims validation, GST filing is highly desirable.

The role requires good knowledge of IFRS standards, GST regulations, and internal controls. Proficiency in Concur, SAP, or similar ERP systems is necessary. The successful candidate will be a positive working attitude and excellent interpersonal skills, organized, proactive, and result-oriented.
