  • We are seeking a skilled swim coach to lead our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in coaching and mentoring individuals to achieve their goals, cultivating a positive learning environment and promoting teamwork and sportsmanship among swimmers.
About the Role

The successful applicant will be responsible for designing and implementing effective training programs, leading sessions, and providing constructive feedback to participants. A degree in education or a related field is required, along with at least 2 years of coaching experience and excellent communication and leadership skills.
