Leadership Role in Primary Care Transformation

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead the transformation of our primary care services.
About the RoleThis is a leadership role that requires someone with strong clinical and management expertise to drive change and improve patient outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have a background in nursing and/or healthcare management, with experience in primary care or hospital operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing training roadmaps for PCN Care Teams, anchoring the development of standardized care delivery, and providing clinical supervision.
They will also be involved in workgroups to support primary care development and transformation, co-create new models of care, and gather insights for the development and implementation of new initiatives.
Requirements- Bachelor degree in Nursing and/or Master degree in any discipline
- Prior experience in healthcare management or operations in primary care or hospital is desirable
- Possess a high level of adaptability and learning agility in a dynamic environment
We offer a competitive salary of SGD $120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
