Job Title: Senior Manager

Duties and Responsibilities
  • We lead strategic engagement initiatives with schools, building relationships with local and international institutions.
  • We plan and execute high-impact events such as open house, info sessions, computing day, school visits, outreach workshops, and youth engagement programmes.
  • We develop partnerships with secondary schools, junior colleges, polytechnics, and other education stakeholders to increase our outreach and influence.
  • We provide leadership in hands-on learning engagements showcasing our offerings to prospective students.
  • We collaborate with faculty members, student volunteers, and external vendors for successful event execution.
  • We design evaluation metrics to measure initiative effectiveness and reach.
  • We manage event logistics, communications across teams and partners.
  • We oversee development of engagement materials, kits, publicity items, and digital content.
  • We serve as representatives at key engagements, education fairs, and community events.
  • We support Communications teams in broader strategic planning, campaign development, and cross-functional outreach efforts.
Qualifications
  • A recognised degree in Communications, Events Management, Education, or a related field is required.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in stakeholder engagement, outreach, or event leadership is preferred.
  • We are looking for candidates with a proven track record in managing large-scale events and educational programmes.
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities are essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills are necessary.
  • Highly organised individuals who can manage multiple stakeholders and timelines will thrive in this role.
  • Candidates willing to work evenings or weekends during key events and outreach periods are desirable.
  • Experience working with schools, educators, and students is highly beneficial.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, Canva, Google Docs is expected.
