Job Title: Strategic Financial Planner

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Financial Planner to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a vital role in providing strategic financial guidance and support to drive business growth.

Your primary responsibility will be to analyze financial data, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations to optimize financial performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and drive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvements
  • Develop and implement financial models to forecast revenue and expenses
  • Provide financial guidance to senior leadership on business strategy and investment decisions
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize business initiatives
  • Communicate financial results and recommendations to non-financial stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required; MBA or CPA preferred
  • Minimum 7-8 years of progressive finance experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
