ALATAS Marine Engineering (S) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a skilled Marine Crane Technician to join our projects department in Singapore. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting routine maintenance of rail mounted, rubber mounted, and ship-to-shore cranes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including gearbox and hydraulic oil change-outs, brake adjustments, oil and air filter changes, component greasing, and bolt torquing.
  • Conduct crane testing and commissioning to ensure optimal performance.
  • Work alongside the maintenance engineer to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Participate in site-specific and on-the-job training to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, working with heavy machinery in ports, shipyards, or heavy industry.
  • Good knowledge and hands-on experience with front-end maintenance of heavy machinery.
  • Own transportation to travel to and from site.
  • Ability to work as part of a team under the instruction of the maintenance engineer.
  • Highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic.
