As a key member of our Supply Chain & Operations team, you will contribute to one of the world's fastest-growing regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver large-scale, complex supply chain management projects with a focus on Digital Solutions, applying knowledge in digital manufacturing, supply chain planning system implementation, e-procurement solutions, and supply chain analytics to enhance clients' supply chains.
  • Blend technical expertise with strategic thinking to optimize business processes and work closely with clients to analyze, evaluate, and enhance functional areas within your specialization.
  • Balance client, business development, operational, and people leadership responsibilities, advising global Supply Chain leaders to define and deliver breakthroughs in performance through Industry 4.0 digital manufacturing programs.
  • Partner with manufacturing digitization leaders to develop strategy, framework, standards, and governance in support of Industry 4.0 initiatives.
  • Lead the delivery of Industry 4.0 projects and programs.
  • Develop technical requirements, reference architectures, and specifications for digital manufacturing solutions to ensure consistency.
  • Drive Proof-of-Value efforts to determine digital solutions that eliminate manufacturing losses.
  • Run the technical design, development, validation, and operationalization of digital solutions.
  • Align closely with security and OT teams to ensure implementations meet security requirements.
  • Engineer solutions to ensure scalability and reliability based on requirements and sizing.
  • Integrate solutions with systems and third-party software both on premise or in the cloud.
  • Build trusted relationships and become a recognized Supply Chain & Operations leader: Develop problem-solving skills with clients, agree on pragmatic approaches, and manage them to completion.
  • Develop a book of business across several clients and manage multiple projects concurrently, often with resources in different parts of the world.
  • Develop our business by driving proposals that showcase leading practices and credentials; engage the market with thought leadership and public profile; enhance methodologies.
