Salary: SGD 45,000 - 60,000 per annum

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care Partner Associate to join our team at St Luke Residence. As a key member of our caregiving team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our elderly residents.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care assistance to residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and toileting;
  • Assisting residents with transferring from wheelchairs to beds and vice versa, as well as ambulation with walking aids;
  • Fostering social and emotional connections with residents through interactive activities and guidance;
  • Accurately documenting resident care information based on knowledge of the nursing process and related incidents;
  • Preparing and serving tea breaks and meals, cleaning up after mealtimes, and assisting nurses with simple nursing tasks;
  • Ensuring residents' health status is monitored daily, and assisting doctors and nursing staff during treatments and examinations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A WSQ Certificate in Healthcare (Nursing Care), HMI, or equivalent qualification;
  • At least one year of relevant experience in Home Care, Nursing Home, Community Hospital, or Hospital Setting;
  • The ability to work rotating shifts and demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills;
  • Capable of working independently and under time constraints, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;
  • A willingness to commit to a 1-2 years contract.
