We're looking for dedicated educators to join our global team as Co-Teachers, supporting lessons and contributing to curriculum development in live online micro-classrooms.

As a Co-Teacher, you'll work alongside Lead Teachers to deliver personalized learning to children aged 4-12 across borders and time zones. You'll be part of a dynamic team that's reimagining primary education for globally mobile families.

Your role will involve:

  • SUPPORTING LESSONS: Assist Lead Teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons to students in live online micro-classrooms.
  • CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT: Contribute to the creation and refinement of our unique learning model, ensuring it meets the needs of our diverse student population.
  • BUILDING COMMUNITY: Foster a sense of community among students, teachers, and families from different cultural backgrounds.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • EXPERIENCE TEACHING PRIMARY-AGED CHILDREN: A background in teaching children aged 4-12, with experience working in multiple countries or cultural contexts.
  • EDUCATION BACKGROUND: A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
  • DIGITAL TOOL CONFIDENCE: Comfort using digital tools and a passion for EdTech and educational innovation.
  • CULTURAL AWARENESS: High cultural awareness and commitment to inclusive, child-centered practice.
  • LANGUAGES: Fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
