Senior Investment Manager

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our Portfolio Management team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in our organization by working closely with local investment teams to develop and set property strategic plans, monitor operational and financial performance, perform re-underwriting and hold-sell analyses, participate in major leasing and financing decision-making; and oversee the quarterly valuation process.
At the portfolio level, the role involves assisting in developing and setting portfolio strategy, business plan, and budget; actively monitoring fund liquidity, controlling fund expenses, and maximizing investor distributions.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong analytical skills, including outstanding modelling skills and good foundation in accounting. They will also be highly motivated and results-oriented, with strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to build effective internal and external relationships.
- Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement investment strategies to achieve optimal returns for investors
- Monitor and analyze market trends, identifying opportunities and risks for investments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute asset management strategies
- Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on investment performance and progress
- Assist in the development of business cases and proposals for new investments or initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
Key Requirements:
2+ years of experience in real estate or asset managementStrong knowledge of financial markets and instrumentsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant softwareAbout PGIM Real Estate
