Job Title: Strategic Portfolio Manager

Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage and maintain our properties, ensuring they are in excellent condition and compliant with regulatory requirements.

  • Manage and maintain assigned properties to ensure optimal performance and compliance with statutory regulations and codes of practice.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to operational teams and external service providers to address issues and challenges effectively.
  • Develop and improve standard operating procedures and facilities management policies across the company's portfolio.
  • Oversee service providers' key performance indicators and ensure fulfillment of contract requirements.
  • Prepare and review property management reports and submit them to management by stipulated deadlines.
  • Propose and execute asset enhancement initiatives and improvement works within approved budgets and timelines.
  • Procure service contracts, goods, and services, ensuring proper approval and finalized agreements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Building, Real Estate Management, Facilities, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience managing a portfolio of properties, including Business Parks, Industrial, and Commercial buildings.
  • Strong technical knowledge of building maintenance systems and equipment.
  • Certified Fire Safety Manager (FSM) or Green Mark Facility Manager.
