      • Collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional customer experiences that prioritize guests' time, assess guest needs, provide technical product education, and facilitate in-store transactions and omnichannel programs.">

      • Address guest feedback, concerns, or escalations promptly to resolve issues and maintain satisfaction.">
      • Provide dynamic floor coverage to meet business, team, and guest needs effectively.">

        • Manage product presentation tasks according to company standards, including restocking and maintaining a luxurious store environment.">
        • Assign cleaning tasks to team members as needed to maintain a clean and organized store.">
        • Ensure team members utilize in-store technology to support operations and enhance the guest experience.">
        • Understand and adhere to people safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.">
        • Perform work in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, and laws or regulations.">

          • Indirectly oversee a subset of store employees on the floor or as delegated by Store Manager.">

Required Skills and Qualifications
