Job Description
As a Sales Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business growth through key account management, lead generation, and business development activities. Your key measures of success will include:
  • Sourcing - building relationships with internal stakeholders and identifying new business opportunities
  • Lead Generation - driving activities, events, and meetings to generate commercial leads
  • Key Account Management - managing existing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities
  • Team Management - leading a team of recruitment consultants and driving sales performance
  • Engagement - using social media, events, and cold calling to drive new business development
  • Closing - negotiating contracts and closing deals

Required Skills & Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Bachelor's degree with at least 6 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a people management role
  • Passion for sales and business development
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport with C-level executives
  • Proficiency in Mandarin, as the role involves managing and working directly with Mandarin-speaking clients from China
