About the RoleWe are looking for an individual with exceptional analytical skills and experience in supply chain operations. As a Strategic Supply Chain Manager, you will play a crucial role in implementing demand planning strategies for accurate forecast and inventory optimization.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Inventory Management: Plan and update system parameters promptly according to monthly consumption, optimize stock levels to meet inventory objectives.
- Order Management: Facilitate Purchase Orders and ensure information updates in SAP. Follow up on orders to ensure materials are shipped and delivered on promised dates.
- Cross trade shipment management: Facilitate and coordinate with stakeholders for direct drop shipment from factory to customer, applying and complying with Free Trade Agreements for customer import duty rebates.
- Claim Management: Process claims related to defects with vendors.
- Material Master Management: Maintain and ensure Material Master in SAP is up-to-date (standard length, HS code, plan delivery time).
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A minimum Certificate in Supply Chain/Purchasing/Materials/Logistics management.
- More than 1 year's experience in supply chain operations.
- Knowledge of SAP system preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel or Excel Advanced applications.
- Able to converse/write English competently.
- Creative problem-solving skills, data-driven analytical, and reasoning skills.
We offer a competitive salary of SGD $80,000 - SGD $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance and paid leave.
