Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Medical Office Coordinator to join our team at a private clinic located in Novena. As a Medical Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional frontline customer service, managing appointment scheduling and patient registration, handling phone calls and responding to inquiries, processing medical insurance claims, issuing tax invoices, and managing payment collections. You will also be required to perform administrative and clinical tasks, assist with simple procedures, and handle ad-hoc duties as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a private clinic setting
  • Proficient in medical insurance processing
  • Tech-savvy
  • A team player with the ability to work independently
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Capable of planning and multitasking effectively
  • Possesses a positive work attitude and a willingness to learn
