We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Luxury Retail Sales Professional to join our dynamic team at CYC Tailoring, a renowned Singaporean tailor specializing in made-to-measure garments.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing inventory management, ensuring timely order fulfillment, capturing high-quality product photos, and maintaining our e-commerce platform. Additionally, they will assist with executing online marketing campaigns and provide administrative support when needed.

Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management:
    • Oversee the receiving and timely distribution of stock.
    • Accurately track and manage inventory levels across all sales channels.
    • Monitor stock movements, identify trends, and ensure timely replenishment.
    • Conduct regular stock audits to maintain accuracy and prevent stockouts.
  • Order Fulfillment:
    • Process online orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely order fulfillment.
    • Coordinate with production teams, and delivery partners for seamless order delivery when needed.
    • Proactively address customer inquiries and resolve order-related issues promptly.
  • Product Photography & Editing:
    • Capture high-quality product photos and videos that showcase the exquisite craftsmanship and details of our garments.
    • Edit and enhance photos using professional software to create visually appealing and engaging product listings.
  • E-commerce Platform Management:
    • Maintain and update the company website and online store.
    • Optimize product listings for search engines (SEO) to improve online visibility and drive organic traffic.
    • Conduct A/B testing and analyze website data to identify areas for improvement and optimize conversion rates.
  • Marketing & Administrative Support:
    • Occasionally assist with executing online marketing campaigns when needed, including but not limited to social media marketing, email marketing, and events.
Requirements
  • Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience in e-commerce, preferably in the fashion or luxury goods industry is a plus.
  • An understanding of inventory management principles and best practices is a plus.
  • Strong photography and photo editing skills with proficiency in relevant software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer
