Job Summary

L & K ENGINEERING CO., LTD (SINGAPORE BRANCH) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Site Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our site operations team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating site works, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate site works, including ACMV, Elec, Civil, and Plumbing & Sanitary works
  • Oversee manpower and resource scheduling and deployment, ensuring all works are carried out within schedule
  • Coordinate and liaise with subcontractors regarding work progress, work acceptance, plan approval, and other relevant matters
  • Liaise with consultants and subcontractors to resolve technical and site issues, and attend site meetings as required
  • Prepare and submit method statements and other required reports
  • Conduct inspections with RE/RTO
  • Monitor safety performance of subcontractors
  • Report to the Project Manager
Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 8 years' working experience in the construction industry
  • Good communication skills to interact with people across all levels
  • Knowledgeable in project management processes for all stages of a project
  • Experience in Wafer fabs and pharmaceutical industries will be advantageous
  • Language: Mandarin and English (to liaise with English and Chinese-speaking associates)
