Job Title: Commercial Engineer

Job Description:

The primary responsibility of this role is to lead the commercial team and ensure that all financial aspects of projects are accurately estimated, planned, and executed. This includes managing budgets, forecasting revenue, and identifying areas for cost savings.

This position requires a strong understanding of commercial practices and procedures, as well as excellent communication and project management skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in contract administration, pricing, and cost estimation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience with quantity surveying or professional qualification.
  • Experienced in contract administration of rail or civil engineering projects.

A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent is required. Additionally, proficiency in MS Office and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary.

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to improve profit margins.
