We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Associate Engineer to join our team at Vanguard International Semiconductor Singapore Pte. Ltd. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities.



Job Description:



  • Key Responsibilities:


Execute scheduled / special preventive maintenance (PM) as per PM schedule and specifications, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.



Troubleshoot basic equipment-related issues and minimize equipment downtime, utilizing your analytical skills to resolve problems efficiently.



Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to good housekeeping practices and safety protocols.



Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, maintaining accurate records and reporting any issues promptly.



Collaborate with operators to ensure efficient workflow and meet manufacturing objectives.



Participate in Continuous Improvement Programs (CIP) to enhance productivity and equipment/process quality.



Requirements:



  • Education: Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Microelectronics
  • Experience: Experience in CMP equipment tools
  • Skills: Strong logical thinking capability and good analytical skill, Excellent team player with good interpersonal skills, Ability to perform 12-hour rotating shift
  • Priorities: Highly committed with good ownership and accountability, Passion for the semiconductor / manufacturing industry, Proficient in MS Office Applications


Salary: S$6,000 - S$8,000 per month
