The Caterpillar Oil & Gas and Marine Division (COGMD) plays a crucial role in the international energy sector, delivering power and propulsion solutions both on land and at sea.

We are on the lookout for a Marine Service Superintendent to enhance our team. In this position, you will offer technical assistance to dealers and clients, boosting user satisfaction, increasing profitability, and advocating for service agreements and parts sales.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Oversee product performance and field services to minimize costs while addressing customer requirements globally.
  • Diagnose and rectify technical challenges, working in conjunction with dealers and technical teams to execute solutions.
  • Drive product enhancement initiatives through warranty programs and technical documentation.
  • Deliver technical support to a variety of stakeholders, including design engineers and marketing teams.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in C280 and 3500 marine engines.
  • Technical or engineering background with hands-on field service experience.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical skills, complemented by effective communication and organizational abilities.
