Contract Analyst Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Analyst to join our team. As a Contract Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of global pricing information and compiling monthly incentive plans.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and be able to provide support to tracking of GPI acknowledgement and GPI letter delivery. You will also be responsible for maintaining timely and accurate updates of global customer agreement information in the Pricing Contract Organization Environment (CORE) system.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will assist in follow-up with tender managers, customer managers, and relevant stakeholders to clarify pricing terms. You will also provide support to cross-checking of rates update and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word
