Customer Service Director

The Edge Partnership is seeking an experienced Business Operations Manager to lead our Customer Services Department. In this role, you will oversee the development and implementation of strategies to achieve business targets and meet service standards with clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Implement Operational Strategies: Design and implement operational strategies that align with the company's overall objectives, ensuring efficient use of resources and effective management of budgets.
- Maintain Safety and Compliance: Ensure a safe working environment for staff, equipment, and facilities, adhering to corporate and regulatory standards.
- Foster Employee Development and Collaboration: Provide essential training to team members, encourage innovation, and drive cross-departmental collaboration to enhance service quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Represent the Company: Represent The Edge Partnership in relevant stakeholder committees, promote the company brand, and implement technology solutions to improve efficiency, service quality, and cost savings.
- Educational Background: Degree or Diploma from a recognized institution.
- Experience: At least 15 years of relevant experience, with strong knowledge in customer service operations and at least 5 years in a leadership position.
- Desirable Skills: Prior experience in the tourism industry is highly preferred, as well as strong understanding of resource and budget management, compliance, and team development within complex setups.
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
