Responsibilities:

  • Attend meetings with GE & TenneT, as per the project governance matrix.
  • Oversee the execution of Jacket fabrication in HFG, Netherlands.
  • Develop project plans, determine resource requirements, and establish project timelines.
  • Manage and coordinate contractors and subcontractors involved in construction projects.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Implement and enforce safety procedures, conduct regular inspections, and promote a culture of safety.
  • Perform quality control measures to ensure construction activities meet required standards and specifications.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, clients, and regulatory authorities.
  • Perform effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Manage project risks, analyze potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement risk management practices.
  • Prepare progress reports, highlighting key milestones, issues, and achievements.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including construction plans, permits, contracts, and reports.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree in Engineering.
  • 10-15 years' experience in related field.
  • Experience in Offshore Project Management or Project Management Certification.
  • Knowledge in EPC projects for O&G, Offshore Renewables & system.
  • Proficient in MS office applications.
  • Dynamic, self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
