About Houston Construction PTE. LTD.

Houston Construction PTE. LTD. is a reputable construction company seeking an experienced Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all costs related to building and civil engineering projects, from initial calculations to final figures.

Salary Range

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role

The Junior Quantity Surveyor will assist in preparing cost estimates and budgets, conduct site visits and assessments, measure and value the work done on-site, liaise with contractors, suppliers, and clients, prepare and analyze costings for tenders, monitor and control project costs, and assist in the preparation of monthly reports. The successful candidate must have strong analytical and numerical skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
  • 0-2 years of experience in quantity surveying or a related role
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
