Innovation Engineer Opportunity

Are you an expert in innovation and AI engineering? We're looking for a talented engineer to drive advancements in biometrics, cybersecurity, digital technologies, and generative AI.

This is a unique chance to join a multidisciplinary team and work on cutting-edge projects that transform innovative ideas into production-ready solutions.

As an innovation engineer, you will be responsible for proposing and prototyping new ideas through proofs of concept (POCs) and implementing end-to-end solutions that follow best practices to ensure seamless productization. Success in this role requires curiosity, open-mindedness, and a willingness to challenge the status quo. You should be able to quickly assess new technologies and decide whether to adopt, adapt, or discard them. Strong ideation skills are essential, including the ability to present, critique, and continuously improve ideas.
We're looking for someone with a strong appetite for solving complex challenges. You should be proficient in software engineering—both front-end and back-end. Experience in full-stack development and rapid prototyping using frameworks like Flask, FastAPI, or React is highly valued. Additionally, hands-on experience with Generative AI frameworks (e.g., Hugging Face, LangChain, OpenAI APIs) and agentic AI systems is desired.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or equivalent
3+ years' experience, with at least 1 year doing Deep Learning
Proficiency in Python, with strong scripting and software development capabilities; hands on experience with PyTorch is mandatory
Ability to read academic papers and translate research into practical, innovative solutions
Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization tools

Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
