We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented corporate administration professional to join Careers@Gov. As part of the Corporate Administration Department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the organization operates efficiently and effectively.

Job Overview

Careers@Gov is responsible for ensuring the organization's administrative operations run smoothly and efficiently. This includes facilities management, procurement, contract management, budgeting, records management, and sustainability initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of administrative operations, including facilities management, to ensure efficient use of organizational resources.
  • Corporate Administration functions include procurement, contract management, budgeting, records management, and sustainability initiatives.
  • Development and implementation of policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity in office administration and facilities management.
Requirements
  • A degree in business administration or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in corporate administration, record management, or sustainability-related roles. Experience in procurement, preferably in the public sector, is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in digitization and knowledge of technologies such as RPA, AI, and PowerBI.
  • Flexible and adaptable to different situational needs and challenges.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders at different levels.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is SGD 6,500 - 8,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
