Operations Team Member Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Operations Team Member to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in setting up and tearing down, managing housekeeping for in-house funeral equipment, and general maintenance duties for funeral homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in setting up and tearing down operations.
  • Manage housekeeping tasks for in-house funeral equipment
  • Conduct general maintenance duties at funeral homes
  • Support other funeral-related duties as assigned.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Must have a valid Class 3/ 3A driving license.
  • Either recent graduates or experienced candidates are welcome.
  • Comfortable working within the funeral industry environment.
  • Able to work flexible shifts, including Public Holidays and overtime periods.
