Job Description:

Campaign management and execution play a pivotal role in achieving lead generation targets, involving the planning, coordination, and oversight of campaign lifecycle from inception to launch. It is essential to ensure that marketing materials are cleared with relevant stakeholders, and collaborations with creative agencies are coordinated for timely design adaptation and delivery of assets.

Effective lead management and fulfillment processes include timely follow-up on leads, incentive distribution, tracking and forecasting of incentive usage, redemptions, and budget allocation. Maintaining the hygiene of lead tagging, segmentation, and status tracking in CRM systems is also crucial.

Key performance indicators (KPIs) are analyzed to optimize campaigns by collating and analyzing data across various marketing channels. Trends and insights are identified to refine strategies, and post-campaign reports are prepared for internal and external stakeholders. Recommendations for process improvements and internal workflow enhancements are proposed to achieve better efficiency and speed-to-market.

Stakeholder and partnership coordination involves collaboration with marketing and retail teams, coordinating events, roadshows, and store promotions. Quarterly partnership reviews and joint KPI tracking are also conducted. Close alignment with sales teams ensures campaign mechanics align with fulfillment capabilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

A degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is required. Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or campaign execution is preferred, especially in insurance and financial services. Familiarity with digital marketing and CRM platforms/tools is necessary. Strong project management skills, ability to manage multiple campaigns, timelines, and stakeholders, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for campaign reporting and presentations are also essential.
