Supply Chain Engineering Leadership

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a resilient, data-driven supply chain that ensures agility and scalability.

  • Develop and execute a global supply chain network strategy to support business growth and evolving market needs.
  • Ensure network and asset capacity planning aligns with demand while optimizing asset utilization and capital deployment.
  • Design scalable and agile supply chain models to improve inventory placement, service levels, and cost efficiency.

This high-impact role involves leading a team of supply chain and industrial engineers, fostering strong cross-functional partnerships with various teams, and driving a culture of collaboration and innovation across the supply chain network.

  • Lead a team of experts in supply chain and industrial engineering to develop and execute strategic plans.
  • Foster partnerships with manufacturing, planning, IT, distribution, and commercial teams to ensure alignment and optimize supply chain performance.
  • Drive operational excellence by developing and executing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain performance.

The successful candidate will have:

  • 10+ years of experience in supply chain network design, logistics engineering, or industrial engineering.
  • Expertise in designing scalable and agile supply chain models to enhance efficiency and network capacity.
  • Strong background in leveraging data analytics and flow modeling to optimize material flow and supply chain performance.
