Architectural Professional Opportunities

We are seeking a talented Architect to join our team in various aspects of architectural works across multiple projects, including feasibility and conceptual design, design development, tender preparation, contract management, supervision, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Master (or Bachelor) Degree in Architecture or equivalent from recognized universities.
  • Minimally 3 years of relevant experience in design and project management. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Able to work closely with Principal Architect, Design Director, and QP throughout design development and implementation stages.
  • Capable project management skills - communication and coordination with clients, consultants, authorities, and other stakeholders.
  • Experience with tender preparation, documentation, and calling of tenders.
  • Familiar with local Building Code requirements and Regulations.
  • Good critical thinking and communication skills.
  • Competent in design and possesses good knowledge in architectural detailing.
  • Excellent people skills and a good team player.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and independent.
  • Conversant in BIM (Revit and/or Archicad) and other digital design tools.
