Job DescriptionIn this role, you will be responsible for assisting bank partners in growing the bancassurance space by delivering customer-centric recommendations focusing on health and protection needs of bank customers. You will collaborate closely with bank stakeholders to build strong and long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and define customers' protection needs through comprehensive analysis of their financial situations.
- Analyze customers' financial information to identify opportunities for recommendations and mitigate risks.
- Foster and enhance relationships with customers, focusing on Health & Protection products to complement their existing protection portfolio.
- Liaise with internal departments on policy fulfillment.
- Achieve channel bancassurance targets in partnership segments through telemarketing and referrals.
As a successful candidate, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines. You should also possess good presentation and negotiating skills, as well as strong stakeholder management skills to influence and persuade.
Requirements:- At least 2 years of relevant experience in bancassurance or telemarketing.
- Possess CFMAS, M9, M9A, M5, and HI certifications.
- Degree/Diploma in Business or related fields of study.
- Fluency in English language.
$80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
