We are seeking a skilled Visual Communications Designer to join our team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visual identities and branding materials for digital and print platforms. They will conceptualize and design visual materials for communication, collaborate with research clusters and faculty ambassadors, and provide creative direction for flagship campaigns and media engagement initiatives.

They will also ensure alignment with brand guidelines while developing a unique design identity, liaise with vendors for physical material production, support internal events and recruitment efforts, and provide photography and video editing support when required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A recognized diploma or degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in a creative/design role.
  • Strong proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
  • A design portfolio demonstrating strong layout, typography, branding, and storytelling skills.
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on tight timelines.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to interpret feedback and iterate quickly.
